Costs
The cost of a loft conversion does of course depend on how large your loft is, how many rooms you want and the level of finish and fittings you specify. But, as a general guide, most loft conversions cost between £15,000 to £30,000 plus vat.

Designing
If you choose to use us for the designing of your loft space, we can offer this as an independant package with our designer working direct for you, or we can add the cost of the design to your quotation. Or you can of course opt to use your own architect for your designing work.

The Process
Once the disgning process is complete and all relevant local authority permissions are gained, we can then start the building work.

Our team of skilled trade's people carry out the new contsruction work. This will include installation of velux or dormer windows and stair access, diversion of existing water systems and all electrical work. Leaving you to carry out your own decoration.
